Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and summer events. Peak seasons (summer, Christmas, Halloween) often fill up 6–8 weeks out. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests — contact us and we'll do our best!

We serve the greater Los Angeles area including Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Monica, Culver City, Encino, and beyond. A travel fee may apply for locations more than 20 miles from our office. Contact us for a custom quote for your area.

Absolutely. Every single member of our team undergoes a thorough background check before they can perform at any event. We carry full liability insurance and all performers receive child safety training. Your children's safety is our number one priority — always.

Life happens! Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or free rescheduling to another available date. Reschedules requested more than 48 hours in advance are always free of charge.

Yes! Customization is our specialty. Tell us your child's favorite characters, themes, colors, and interests and we'll tailor the entire experience. Whether it's a specific princess, a particular superhero, dinosaurs, or a unicorn-rainbow theme — we make it happen.

Our Sprinkle package works well for up to 20 children, Celebration for up to 35, and Extravaganza handles unlimited guests with multiple entertainers. For very large events (50+ children), contact us for a custom quote — we scale our team to match your event size.

We use only FDA-compliant, hypoallergenic, water-based face paints and professional-grade glitter body art materials. All products are skin-safe, non-toxic, and tested for children. If your child has known skin sensitivities, please let us know in advance and we'll take extra precautions.

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before the performance begins. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
